Industrial Dryer Machine

The basic working principle of industrial dryer is 'hot air circulation':

1.Heating: Hot air is generated by a burner (gas/fuel) or heating element (electric/steam).

2.Rolling: The drum is driven by the motor and rotates constantly, so that the fabric inside is repeatedly thrown up and spread out to fully contact the hot air.

3.Ventilation: The fan draws hot air into the drum, penetrates the fabric, removes moisture, and forms a humid hot air flow.

4.Dehumidification: After passing through the filter screen (recycling villus and wire debris), most of the humid hot air is discharged from the body (open), or the water vapor is condensed and discharged through the condensation/heat recovery system, and part of the heat is recovered (energy saving).

5.Control: the temperature, time, forward and reverse rotation of the drum in the whole process are precisely controlled by the computer board or PLC program to meet the drying needs of different linen.

Our hot-forged aluminum alloy products retain moisture after vibration whitening. Workers adjust the dryer's temperature and place the items in its tunnel. Under high-temperature drying at 150°C, the products undergo efficient dehydration. Staff must wear gloves to package and cool the items before final processing.Do the next step of the process.
